Any one of the (ISC)² certifications, including CISSP, SSCP, CSSLP, and CCSP, allows you to expand your IT skill set and become a leading cyber security professional. With an (ISC)² certification under your belt, you will demonstrate that you have the framework for defining industry standards and security principles, impressing prospective employers.
The (ISC)² Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification demonstrates your expertise in security and risk management, communications and network security, software development security, security engineering and operations, and security assessment and testing.
(ISC)² Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) will develop your expertise in implementing IT policies and procedures.
The (ISC)² Certified Security Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) certification proves you are a software professional who has the expertise to implement important security features, like authentication, authorization and auditing at each phase of the software development life cycle.
With the (ISC)² Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) certification, you become an expert in cloud security, cloud networks, data encryption, cloud system management, operational considerations, and aspects of cloud interoperability.
Upon completion of training, the students are fully prepared for these certification exams. However, they are not a requirement for graduation. Vendor certifications are at the student’s expense.
Prerequisites: HS diploma/GED and computer networking skills
