About the Program
Students enrolled in the Modern Desktop Administrator Associate online training program will learn how to deploy, configure, secure, manage, and monitor devices and client applications in an enterprise environment. They manage identity, access, policies, updates, and apps. In addition, they learn how to evaluate, plan, migrate, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 services. Finally, the students will learn how to manage Microsoft Teams to facilitate efficient and effective collaboration and communication in a Microsoft 365 environment.
This program is self-paced. Self-paced programs create a unique learning experience that allows students to learn independently and at a pace that best suits them.

This course prepares the student to take the following certification exams:
MD-100 Windows 10
MD-101 Managing Modern Desktops
MS-100 Microsoft 365 Identity and Services
MS-700 Managing Microsoft Teams
The certification exams are not a requirement for graduation. Vendor certifications are at the student’s expense. Vouchers may be available depending on the student’s funding and financial aid.
TUITION: $1,447
Duration: 111 Hours (82 Hours + 29 Hours Virtual Practice Lab for MD-100)
Includes e-books, mentoring, test prep, virtual practice lab for MD-100, and test review questions.
Prerequisites: HS diploma/GED, basic computer skills, familiarity with the internet, and a working knowledge of Windows
Occupational Objective: Desktop Administrator, Computer Network Administrator
